When my acne got real bad my older sister rec’mnd this so I did it. My skin got a lil better but not much until I used a supplement. Not sure if water alone can cure it but does seem to help.

Ok, been trying this for 3 weeks after my cousin recommended it to me and so far so good. I haven’t had as many new pimples and the old ones are going away. Looks very promising and my cousin swears by it. I will say that you probly want to take the pills on a full stomach, it made mine ache until I figured that out. Otherwise, works great.
